Diablo 4 Leveling Guide: How To Level From 1 To 100?
After the new season of Diablo 4 starts, we need to build a new character. The first thing you need to do is to upgrade this character. The following guide will give you a detailed introduction to how to upgrade the character level in Diablo 4; whether you are a new or experienced player, it will be of great help.
Leveling from 1-50
For New Players
If you're a new player who still needs to complete the campaign, your priority should be to finish the main story. This will unlock many more features, including your mount, allowing you to move through the world faster.
While progressing through the campaign, clear strongholds and collect waypoints. These will be important for faster travel and more XP. If you have yet to hit level 50 by the end of the campaign, explore the maps, complete side quests, and clear the Capstone dungeon to unlock the next difficulty level.
For Experienced Players or New Season Characters
For those who have completed the campaign or are starting a new season, focus on Legion Events and the Tree of Whispers. Legion Events provide many experiences, especially if you arrive early and activate the campfire for an XP boost.
The Tree of Whispers, which recently received an XP buff, is another excellent source of experience. Every 90 minutes, five dungeons will spawn on the map. Clear two dungeons, return to the Tree of Whispers and turn in your Grim favors for bonus XP and loot.
Leveling from 50-100
Once you reach level 50, your priority should be to unlock tier three by clearing the first Capstone dungeon. Once in tier three, start running Nightmare Dungeons. These dungeons provide a significant amount of XP and gear, making them the most efficient way to level up.
To ensure you're gaining the most XP, ensure the monsters inside the Nightmare Dungeon are at least three levels higher than you. This will grant you a 25% bonus experience.
As you progress, keep an eye out for Hell Tides. While they may not provide as much XP as Nightmare Dungeons, they are the only source of Forgotten Souls, a valuable resource for re-rolling gear and crafting.
General Tips & Tricks
- Before the next season starts, make sure you have your map and altars discovered. These will carry over into the next season, providing extra renown and stats.
- Use consumables to gain extra experience. These can be crafted and provide a 5% experience boost every 30 minutes.
- Grouping up can increase your XP gain and clear speed. However, ensure everyone in the group is on the same level and going at the same speed to maximize efficiency.
- Be efficient with your time. Avoid looting too many Diablo 4 items and manage your inventory quickly. The less time you spend working your list, the more you can gain XP.
By following these strategies, you can level up your Diablo 4 character from 1 to 100. Whether you're a new or experienced player, these tips will help you make the most of your time in the game.
